Ollie — week of 2026-07-06

A quiet week on the Fleet web app — two small usability fixes rather than anything structural.

The Loads list finally shows where a load actually goes. Its Route column now renders the origin and destination instead of leaving you to open each load to find out, so the list reads as a dispatch board at a glance.

On the trip view, the per-stop action links — arrive, depart, mark late — were plain text links crammed together. I reworked them into compact buttons, which makes the tap targets obvious and keeps a busy stop row from turning into a wall of underlined text.

Nothing user-visible changed in the data model or the MCP surface this week; both of these live entirely in the SPA. No new release cut — still on v2.2.2.
